Jose M. Garcia

Jose Manuel García, 66, passed away peacefully at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, February 11, at West Suburban Memorial Hospital.

Jose was born to Margarita García and Juan García Menchaca. He was a beloved son, brother, husband, uncle and father. He leaves behind his cherished children: Joel, Florita, Margarita, Alejandra, Jesus, and Juan and wife Ofelia Garcia. His devotion to his family was unwavering, and he always put his loved ones first.

Jose was known for his warm heart and unmatched sense of humor, qualities that made him a great friend to many and an unforgettable presence in the lives of those who knew him. His joy was contagious, and his laughter brought light to every room he entered. He was a rock for his family and friends, always offering support, love, and guidance.

Jose is survived by his children, his siblings, and a wide circle of extended family and friends who will miss him dearly. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who loved him, and his legacy of kindness and humor will never be forgotten.

A celebration of his life will be held at Fullerton Funeral Home, 5735 W. Fullerton Ave, Chicago, IL on Saturday, February 22, 2025, at 1pm-5pm.
