On February 28, 2024, Hipolito Tueros, loving father of 6 children passed away at Illinois Masonic
Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. He was born on March 9, 1936, in Lima, Peru.
Hipolito (Apa) is survived by his 6 loving children Moises J. Tueros, Walter J. Tueros, Monica Tueros,
Cindee J. Alvarez-Tueros, Rocio Romani and Anthony Tueros, 2 loving daughter in-laws Yulieth Tueros-
Perez, Nadia Haddad-Tueros and son-in-law Rogelio Alvarez. Along with 21 grandchildren, Michael,
Gabriel, Alex, Jasmine, Jocelyn, Yamila, Natalie, Catalina, Joshua, Cynthia, Yasmina, Izabella, Melvin,
Kevin, Melanie, Evan, Christopher, Christian, Mila, Carmen and Sebastian; 8 Great-Grandchildren.
Jaylani, Amani, Andre, Jenary, Camila, Zhyla, Avalyn and A’vella. Also, his brothers, sisters, cousins,
nieces and nephews that loved him.
Hipolito was proud on how he overcame sobriety. He loved to travel, read his reader’s digest, watch his
soccer games, dance, was always on time even a little early and was a skilled cook. Hipolito comes from
a musical family and played the saxophone. Above all things he loved to spend time with family and
friends. He will be remembered as a wise and generous man that helped his family and friends.
He is proceeded by His parents Jorge and Olivia Tueros, brothers Humberto and Javier Tueros, sisters.
Mirrella and Angelica Tueros and grandson Andrew Martinez.
