Henryka Porada

Henryka Porada, 75, born in Poland, resident of Chicago, peacefully passed away on February 21, 2022 at AMITA Hospital in Chicago after a brief illness. Both daughters, Urszula and Marta, as well as her grandson Patryk, were at her side. Henryka was predeceased by her husbands, Aleksander Twarogowski and Jesse Porada; parents Maria and Edward Lewek; brothers, Jan Lewek and Jozef Lewek, and sister Zofia Baran.

Henryka is survived by her children, Urszula Bozena Kudla (Slawomir Kudla), and Marta Krasnicka.
She will be missed by her daughters and grandchildren, Agnieszka, Mariusz, Jacek and Patryk.

Henryka was a very caring wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a hard worker, a giver, and a helper. She treated people with kindness throughout her life. She loved gardening and always had many flowers at her home and garden.

Henryka’s family will receive relatives and friends from 5:00 p.m - 8:00 p.m. on Friday, February 25, 2022 at the Fullerton Funeral Home at 5735 W. Fullerton Ave, Chicago, IL 60639. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 26, 2022 at 10 a.m. at St. James the Apostle Church at 5730 W. Fullerton Ave, Chicago, IL 60639. For those attending the funeral, please gather at the funeral home around 9am. Interment will be at St. Adalbert Cemetery immediately after the mass.
